One of the greatest joys of needlepoint is stitching with loved ones during the holidays, vacations and other special times.
The love of needlepoint is frequently passed down through generations. I was delighted when my darling cousin, Hannah, started stitching. Stitching spans generations which makes it a lifelong hobby, and offers the young and old connection.
I hope that Hannah will always have a needlepoint project near by, and that she will pass it on to the next generation. There are times and seasons when we may stitch more than others, but it's always there when we need it. There's nothing quite like the simple pleasure and therapeutic benefit of needlework. Especially when it is shared with the ones you love.
